RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order was placed for eligible domestic (U.S.) purchases only.
How Returns Work (U.S. Orders Only)
To start a return, log in to your customer account, select the order you’d like to return, and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Returned items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With original tags attached
-
Shipped back in original or equivalent packaging
Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Shipping Fee (U.S. Orders)
All approved U.S. returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.95, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label and QR code will be provided through your customer account for convenience.
Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
Returns that do not meet our condition standards may be denied. If accepted, such items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 8%, deducted from your refund.
This applies only to items returned that are:

Worn
-
Washed
-
Damaged
-
Missing tags
-
Improperly packaged
-
Or otherwise outside return guidelines
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect in material or construction within 60 days of purchase, we’re happy to evaluate it for a warranty claim.
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Improper care
-
Misuse or accidental damage
Items must be purchased directly from Threewood to qualify.

We will respond within 2–3 business days.
International Orders (No Returns or Exchanges)
At this time, all international sales are final.
We do not accept international returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Size or fit issues
-
Change of mind
-
Delays caused by customs inspections

Refusal to pay import duties or taxes
If an international return is approved at our sole discretion due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is fully responsible for:

All return shipping costs

Original outbound shipping fees
-
Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage charges
Threewood does not provide prepaid international return labels.
Undeliverable & Refused International Shipments
If an international order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to:

Unpaid customs duties

Incorrect address
-
Carrier abandonment
The order will not be eligible for a refund.
All shipping charges, customs fees, and return costs are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase with Threewood, you agree to this Returns & Warranty Policy and our Terms of Service. Threewood reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on our website.
