SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we’ll begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. While we’ll do everything we can to ship promptly, please note that delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

Standard shipping rates and delivery times will depend on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard ground shipping only unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional fee.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment you ordered, your package will be returned to our warehouse and we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and/or a restocking fee before issuing any refund.


International Shipping (Phase 1 Countries)

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • France

  • Germany

  • Netherlands

Available international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipment weight, and selected carrier service.

International Delivery Time Estimates (Transit Time Only)

Please note that these are estimated transit times only and do not include order processing or potential customs delays:

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • European Union: 8–16 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their local customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.

Threewood ships international orders under Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. We do not collect international duties or taxes at checkout and are not responsible for any customs charges incurred by the customer.

Refusal to pay required customs fees may result in the package being abandoned, destroyed, or returned by the carrier. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


No International Returns or Exchanges

At this time, all international sales are final.

We do not accept international returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Change of mind

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

  • Delays caused by customs inspections

If an international order is approved for return at our sole discretion, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, original shipping fees, customs charges, and any associated brokerage fees.


Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier routing errors

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or holds

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider delivery complete and our responsibility fulfilled.


Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship using recognized carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delay Disclaimer

While we aim to meet all estimated shipping timelines, there are occasions beyond our control — including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather events, holidays, labor delays, or customs inspections — that may impact delivery times. Threewood is not responsible for such delays and cannot offer refunds or credits due to late delivery.


Returns From Non-Receipt or Carrier Loss

If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate; however, no refund or replacement is guaranteed until the carrier formally confirms the loss. We may require a police report, carrier claim documentation, or other proof before resolution.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@threewoodgolf.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Legal Rights & Limitations

By placing an order with Threewood, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any customer, to any location, or to any carrier. We also reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice, with all changes posted on our website.
