By accessing or using the Site, ordering products, or subscribing to communications, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility, Accounts & Access

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years) or have the consent of your parent/guardian to use the Site and make purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and for all activity under your account. We may terminate your account or refuse access at our sole discretion for any reason.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to our acceptance in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or impose conditions. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of an obvious error in pricing or product information, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.
Payment must be made by an authorized method at checkout. You represent and warrant your payment method is valid, and you are authorized to make payments using it.

6. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Threewood, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • your infringement of any third‑party right.

9. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend or revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Entire Agreement & Others

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy and any other policies posted on the Site) constitute the entire agreement between you and Threewood relating to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or communications (whether oral or written).
No waiver by us of any right under these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such right or any other right. If we fail to enforce any provision of these Terms, that failure shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
